见诸高手来此随跟来。不才，发一荷兰历史研究的帖子，算作报道

简单总结了一些尼德兰联省共和国的来龙去脉，主要信息来自维基百科，凡是区域地名人名我都尽量使用了中英文，但也找不到标准翻译的就只留了英文。能力有限，如有错误还请各位前辈多多指教。

荷兰简史之尼德兰联省共和国时期
14世纪到16 世纪，低地1（Low Countries）源于勃艮第王朝 (Burgundy)统治下的勃艮第荷兰(Burgundian Netherlands)。然而在1482 年随着查理斯公爵(Charles the Bold)唯一的孩子，勃艮第王朝最后一任女公爵玛丽·勃艮第（Mary of Burgundy, Duchess of Burgund）嫁给神圣罗马帝国（Holy Roman Empire）君王麦克斯一世（Maximilian I of Habsburg）后，勃艮第家族的领地落入哈普斯堡家族（House of Habsburg）手中。
1543 年，麦克斯一世（Maximilian I of Habsburg）的孙子查尔斯五世（Charles V）最终控制掌管了十七连省（United Seventeen Provinces）。
1556 年查尔斯五世（Charles V）退位，将西班牙王国和十七连省（United Seventeen Provinces）分给他的儿子菲利普二世（Philips II），将哈布斯堡王朝分给了他的弟弟斐迪南一世（Ferdinand I）。就这样，十七连省属于西班牙王国。
1568 年，因反抗西班牙国王的迫害，爆发了北方省反抗西班牙的八十年战争（Eighty Years' War）。1579 年北方省中的七省成立了乌得勒支联盟（Seven United Provinces），共同反对西班牙统治。1581 连盟正式宣布独立。1609 年，西班牙承认尼德兰联省共和国（Republic of the Seven United Netherlands），然而战争直到1648 年《威斯特法利亚条约》（Peace of Westphalia）签订才结束。随着条约的签订及战争的结束，（Generality Lands）正式归尼德兰联省共和国管辖，南部荷兰（Southern Netherlands or Spanish Netherlands）重新归还给西班牙。
17 世纪，从西班牙获得独立之后，荷兰人凭借资本的力量发展成为航海和贸易强国并在在世界各地建立殖民地和贸易据点，最终成为世界第一强国，创造了人们熟知的“黄金年代”。在此期间，荷兰人于1602 年建立东印度贸易公司(East India Trade Company /VOC)，在阿姆斯特丹建立世界第一家证券交易所，创办了银行。

在此特别说一下十七连省的事，即使是查维基百科，也有2个版本，很无奈。
问题在于：
04the Lordship of Groningen (former Ommelanden),
06 the Duchy of Guelders, with the exception of Upper Guelders,
07 the County of Zutphen, held by the Dukes of Guelders
一种十七联省的说法是将the Lordship of Groningen和 Groningen周围的领地Ommelanden分成2省。将Duchy of Guelders和the County of Zutphen和为1省。
另外一种说法是the Lordship of Groningen和 Groningen周围的领地Ommelanden当做1省，将Duchy of Guelders和the County of Zutphen当做2省。
谁对谁错，目前我尚无能力辨别，还请前辈们指点。

乌特勒之7省联盟联盟：
1.荷兰郡 the County of Holland
2.乌特勒支领地the Prince-Bishopric, later Lordship of Utrecht
3.格罗林根领地和围绕其城市的区域 the Lordship of Groningen and of the Ommelanden
4.佛里斯兰领地the Lordship of Friesland
5.上艾瑟尔领地the Lordship of Overijssel
6.海尔德兰公国和聚特芬郡
the Duchy of Guelders (except its upper quarter) and
the County of Zutphen, later County of Gelderland
7.泽兰郡the County of Zeeland

Generality Lands：（指的是非原来乌特勒之联盟但在《威斯特法利亚条约》（Peace of Westphalia）签订后归荷兰管辖的区域）
Brabant of the Statesthe
northern part of the Duchy of Brabant, most of the present province of North Brabant
Flanders of the States
the northern part of the County of Flanders, present Zeelandic Flanders and nowadays part of the province of Zeeland

Limburg of the States
several small territories between Maastricht, Liège and Aachen, e.g. Dalhem, Valkenburg and Hertogenrade. The city of Maastricht was a condominium of the United Provinces and the Prince-Bishopric of Liège.

Guelders of the States
as a result of the Treaty of Utrecht (1713) a part of Spanish Guelders was ceded to the United Provinces, e.g. Venlo and Echt; another part came to Prussia and a small part around Roermond was left for the Austrian duchy of Guelders.

Westerwolde and Wedde
what is now the south-eastern part of the province of Groningen was a generality land between 1594 and 1619, after which it became part of said province.

介绍的不错，已经把重要的史实简明扼要的高度概括了，荷兰在世界近代史上的地位太重要了，当代著名的国际大都市纽约，就是荷兰人发现并创建的，新阿姆斯特丹嘛，现在是最知名的金融中心之一；荷兰是最早实行纸币与黄金挂钩的国家，全球第一家证券交易所也诞生在荷兰，现在人们不是流行炒股票嘛，提起股票就头疼，赔的精光，真是往事不堪回首啊，随时准备上吊；提到荷兰的语言，现今也日渐已成为主流语言之一，除荷兰本土及比利时外，安德烈斯，阿鲁巴等海外领地以及南非的艾菲利加语（公用荷文）都是荷语的大范畴，其实荷兰语，不严格意义上说，也是德语的一种，属低地德语的一支，只是政治因素将其高度概括了，木鞋风车的国度，风清水秀人更亮，TOT ZIENS!

如果,,,,如果,,,,如果小弟我中学的时候能和大家一起玩外币的话,,,也许,,,也许,,,也许今天就成为历史老师了,这也是我儿时的一个小梦想了,,,,最近看了外币版的帖子,,,,含金量太大了!也非常生动,,,,强烈建议以后中小学课本国外历史部分,先收集外币再学习,,,,太直接了!爽啊,,,谢谢楼主分享!
